Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of tea as a consumable product, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:
Wrong item received
Damaged product upon arrival
Order cancellation before shipping
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened tea packages or products used beyond a reasonable trial unless defective.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For returns that qualify, we will provide a return shipping label or arrange pickup (where available).
If return is not approved due to misuse or late request, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
In-Store Purchases
If you purchased from our physical location, please bring your receipt and the product within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.
